David has a natural ability to be creative and this is clearly demonstrated in his contemporary artwork collection. With no formal training, he has created and designed sculptures and pictures made of regular steel and stainless steel for over 7 years. His creations and designs include shark, fish, butterfly, dragonfly, turtle, cross, hummingbird, sword, various ornaments and 3-Dimensional (3-D) pictures (palm tree, rose) etched in stainless steel. The technique used in all of his stainless steel collections derives various colors and forms, which means each collection is unique. He has also designed and created furniture (sofas, chairs, desks, tables, pedestals), fences, ornamental gates, burglary bars, and candleholders. David’s 3-D sculptures have obtained status from the U. S. Copyright Office in Washington, DC.
David is committed to art and the discovery of new and exciting ideas and techniques using steel. His contemporary artwork was featured in the October 2004 issue of the Coastal Antiques and Art Magazine published in Savannah, Georgia.
